KB Homes builds family communities. They not only develop parks and schools within walking distance but  preserve and plant grown trees –to give an older neighborhood vibe. To convey this personality we created a campaign reflecting a simpler time. A life remembered by parents who wish the same for their children. This asssignment came with an interesting twist: because of our budget it had to be a one-color ad.
